Dr. Cecilia Tolosa is a graduate of the University of the East in Manila. She has been a general practitioner for over 45 years now in the field of Dentistry. She is an active Member of the Philippine Dental Association and the Negros Occidental Dental Society. She was also the president of NODS in 1987 and 1993.Dr. Tolosa has built her reputation on the highest quality dental service she has provided throughout the years. Though smile makeovers have only recently become popular due to shows like The Swan and Extreme Makeover, she has been doing cosmetic dentistry for many years now. She has personally done hundreds upon hundreds of designer smiles, installed more than four thousand five hundred (4,500) elective porcelain and composite veneers, and a larger number of crowns and bridges. |

Dr. Phillip Pahilanga is a graduate of Cebu Doctors' University, class of 2003. He has been a general practioner for over 8 years now. He is an active Member of the Philippine Dental Association and the Negros Occidental Dental Society. He is a self motivated and passionate Dentist and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. He has strong communication, and customer relationship skills and has been an asset to the practice. As a clinician, he joined dental outreach programs in Cebu and Negros Occidental and countryside's depressed areas, a charitable cause he still maintains. Even though Dr. Pahilanga completed his formal education, he is committed to lifelong learning. He participates each year in a series of continuing education activities, attending seminars to further hone his clinical skills, to stay on top of advancing technology, and to review subjects vital to day to day dentistry. Recent topics of interest include cosmetic dentistry, prosthetics (gum & teeth replacement), pediatric dentistry, drug therapy, psychology in dentistry, oral surgery and pathology, among others. |
